Tech Support - 30 Minute Virtual

Due to popular request Radio Edit Automotive is now offering tech support for non Radio Edit Automotive customers for a charge. This is not something we charge our customers for although I have seen other companies charge their own customers. If you buy your Unit from Radio Edit we offer service free of charge. 

Virtual Tech Calls are handled between 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM EST. Place your order and we will message you via text. We will conduct calls over FB messenger or FaceTime depending on your device. 

Maybe you took the wrong path before you knew better and bought a unit from another seller that took your money and ran. We're here to get you back on the right path but unfortunately we can do it free of charge.

Cost is $49 for a 30 minute virtual session with Mitch to help resolve your issues. If we are unable to resolve you issue then we will offer a $49 credit for merchandise (New Authentic Unit, Screen Protector, SharkFinMod, AUX Cable) If we determine in the first 5 minutes of your call its not something we'd be able to fix we will offer a full refund.
